There are times when you call and order from a company who you’ve ordered from previously and then have your credit card information stored in their system. This leads many of our customers both registered and non-registered to ask the question “do you keep my credit card information on file”?

The answer is no! Here at we do not store our customer’s credit card information on file. The credit card information is obtained each and every time a customer calls to place an order. This holds true whether you’ve ordered once before or one hundred times before. strongly believes that our customer’s information should be fully confidential. As part of our Privacy Policy, it is stated that Sheet Labels, Inc. never considers selling, distributing, exchanging, transferring or communicating any information regarding its customers.

We strongly believe that ordering from a company should be an easy and worry free experience. That’s why when our customer’s place an order over the phone, they are asked by a Customer Service Associate for their credit card information each and every time.

In the end, we value our customers and their privacy and want to make each order a great experience.
