Self-Adhesive Labels Are Changing Many Industries!
Safety during food preparation can be a determining factor of whether or not people get sick after eating at your restaurant. Cleaning surfaces and being sure not to cross-contaminate using the same knives and cutting boards when cutting raw meat and vegetables is only the beginning.
Properly cleaning surfaces where you are both preparing and serving meals is ideally where you can either get rid of bacteria or help it to fester.
It can be hard to tell whether or not you’ve properly cleaned a cutting board surface or a serving area. But, now there is a small device for detecting protein on surfaces where food is prepared.
Orion Diagnostica has created the Orion Clean Card Pro, which is a self-adhesive label. Self-adhesive labels are used throughout much of the food and beverage industry!
The Orion Clean Card Pro can detect amounts of protein. This protein is what causes food poisoning!
The Orion Clean Card Pro self-adhesive label has taken more than five years to perfect but has already received two accolades.
Not only can the Orion Clean Card Pro self-adhesive label determine if there is protein on the surface of a cooking area but it can do it in 30 seconds. Time is money and that is especially true in the food and beverage industry. This self-adhesive label is practical and saves time!
As new inventions come about in the label industry they seemingly help other industries as well. What’s next for the label industry?
