Choose A Size, Upload Your Artwork And Receive A Proof: Ordering Printed Labels From Is Extremely Easy!

Here at we offer both blank and custom printed labels for our customers. Customers who choose to have their labels printed by one of our talented Creative Associates have the choice of ordering either printed labels on a sheet or individually printed labels.

Printed labels on a sheet are printed and shipped in sheet form while individually printed labels are printed and shipped so that you can grab and use one label at a time!

Ordering printed labels is extremely easy and the benefits are endless. This blog is to assist our customers through the steps of ordering printed labels on a sheet.

The first step is to click on the tab at the top of the that say “Printed Labels”.

The website then directs you to the printed labels page. Here, you are going to click the blue arrow that says “Next Configure Labels”. The blue arrow takes you through the steps of ordering printed labels on a sheet while the orange arrow takes customers through the process of ordering individual printed labels.

The website again takes you to a new page. You are now on step one of three. When answering the questions, if at any time you aren’t sure what you’re answering simply hover your mouse over the blue circle next to that specific word. A box generates with a short description to better familiarize you with what you’re selecting.

To answer the questions in the first section all you need to do is click the drop down arrow and choose the answer that best fits your needs.

In this section you are first going to select answers for:

  1. Shape – This is the shape of the actual label you’ll receive
  2. Corners – If you select a square or rectangular label you have the option to choose square or rounded corners.
  3. Size – once you’ve selected the shape and corners of your label, the website generates a list of sizes that we have available at that fit your wants and needs.
  4. Material – For more information regarding label materials, visit the “Product Information” page.
  5. Quantity – How many labels do you need?
  6. Turnaround – the turnaround time is the amount of days it’s going to take to print the labels, after you’ve approved your artwork.

In this section you’re also able to calculate shipping rates. Type your zip code into the box provided and then click rates.

The rate automatically generates for USPS Priority mail. Again, using the dropdown arrow you’re able to view prices for and select other shipping methods.

After you’ve answered all of the questions in the first section, take your mouse and click the “Next Upload” arrow.

Now you’ve moved on to step two of three. Here is where you are going to upload your artwork. For uploading artwork, we accept the following file formats:

  • PDF
  • EPS
  • TIFF
  • AI
  • PSD
  • JPEG

The accepted file formats are also listed under the “File Formats” tab, located above the box on the right side of your screen.

If you click the “Change Order Specs” tab, the information filled out during the configuration process appears. Here, you can make changes to any of the information previously filled out if you need to do so.

To upload your artwork you’ll start by clicking “Browse” which is located at the bottom of the box on the left side of the screen.

A window appears. Depending on where you saved your artwork, you are going to click on that section to find the file. For example if you’ve saved your artwork to your desktop, click on “Desktop”.

Scroll through your saved files until you reach the file name that your artwork is saved under. Click on that file name and then click “Open”.

If the file has not loaded, please first reference the “File Format” tab to ensure that the file type you uploaded is accepted by the website.

If the file has appeared click “Upload”. If there is any specific information regarding your artwork or labels that you feel the team should know about, type that information in the comments box.

Once you’re finished uploading your artwork and adding any information, click “Next Proofing”.

Now you’re on step three of three.

In the proofing section, you’re first going to check whether you would like to receive a digital proof of your artwork which is free and provided within 24 hours. Or, if you would like to receive a hardcopy proof which is delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Once you’ve selected the proofing option that best fits your needs you’ll move on to “Order Specs”. In this section the website generates your order once more so you can look over the information before purchasing your labels.

If all of your information is correct, click “Add To Cart”.

Congratulations, you’ve made it to the checkout process. Here you are going to follow normal checkout procedure!
