Order Individual Printed Labels From SheetLabels.com: Upload Your Artwork File & Receive Beautiful Individual Printed Labels!

Ordering printed labels from SheetLabels.com saves you time and energy. After following a few short and simple steps, you’re printed labels are delivered to your doorstep ready to use!

At SheetLabels.com we offer two types of printed labels for our customers. The first option is individual printed labels and the second option is printed labels on a sheet.

To get to the printed labels page on the SheetLabels.com website, all you need to do is take your mouse to the top of the homepage on the SheetLabels.com website and click the “Printed Labels” tab.

The website then takes you to the printed labels page. On this page there are two options. To order individual printed labels, start by click the orange button that says “Next”.

The first step of ordering your individual printed labels is to configure the labels.

If at any point you don’t understand what you’re selecting, take the mouse and hover over the blue circle next to the section you’re having trouble understanding. A box generates with a short description to better familiarize you with what you’re choosing.

First, you are going to select the width of your labels.

Next, you’re going to choose the height of your labels.

After you’ve decided on a width and a height for your individual printed labels, a diagram generates in the box on the right side of the website to show you what the labels you’ve selected look like.

Next, you are going to select the quantity of labels you wish to receive.

Moving on, you need to select your turnaround time. The turnaround time is the amount of days it’s going to take to print the labels, after you’ve approved your artwork.

The options for turnaround time are:

  • 4 Business Days
  • 2 Business Days
  • 24 Hour Rush

Next, if you wish to calculate the shipping rates for your labels, you’re able to do so in the box provided. Once you’ve typed in your zip code, click “Rates”.

The rate automatically defaults to USPS Priority Mail. If you click the dropdown arrow more shipping methods and rates appear.

After you’ve answered all of the questions in this section and calculated your shipping rate, click the orange box that says “Next Upload”.

Now you are on step two of three. Here you can upload your artwork. There are many file formats that can be used to upload your artwork. You’re able to upload your artwork as a:

  • PDF
  • EPS
  • TIFF
  • AI
  • PSD
  • JPEG

Under the “File Formats” tab in the box on the right, there is a list of acceptable file formats or the acceptable ways your artwork can be uploaded.

When I click the “Change Order Specs” tab, the information I filled out during the configuration process appears. Here, I can make changes to any of the information I previously filled out.

To upload your artwork, click the “Browse” button.

A window appears. Depending on where you saved your artwork on your computer, you are going to click that section to find your saved file. Once you’ve found that file, click on the file and then click “Open”.

The file name loads into the white box provided on the SheetLabels.com website next to the “Browse” button.

If the file has not loaded, please first reference the “File Formats” tab. Again, in this section you notice that we accept the following file types:

  • PDF
  • EPS
  • TIFF
  • AI
  • PSD
  • JPEG

If you are still having trouble uploading your artwork, please call 888.388.2502 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

If the file does appear, click “Upload”. Once you’ve clicked “Upload” the image is generated in the box on the left.

If you’re happy with the artwork and order spec information, it’s time to move on.

At the bottom of this page there is a “Comments” section. If there is any further information regarding your labels that the Creative Associates at SheetLabels.com need to know about, leave that information in the box provided.

If there is nothing specific that you need to add in the comments section, click “Next Proofing”.

You are now on step three of three. In the proofing section, you are going to first check whether you wish to receive a digital proof of your artwork which is free and provided within twenty-four hours or if you want to receive a hardcopy proof of the artwork which is $45.00 and delivered within three to five business days.

Once you’ve selected your proofing option, move down the page to check your order spec information one last time.

In this section the website generates your order so you’re able to look over the information again before adding your items to the cart.

If all of your information looks correct; click “Add To Cart”.

The website then takes you to the checkout page. Here you are going to follow normal checkout procedure.
