Fill In The Correct Sections On The Reseller Application & Your Company Could Become Part Of The Reseller Program!

If you order labels for resale to end users and are not the end user yourself then you may qualify to be a reseller. This blog is going to walk you through the steps of applying to become a reseller.

The first step to become a reseller is to take your mouse to the left navigation column on the homepage and click “Resellers Program”.

The website then directs you to a new page. Because, you’re not already a reseller, click where it says “Click here” followed by the text that reads “to apply to become a reseller and we’ll create an account at for you”.

Once you’ve clicked where it says “Click here” you’re taken to another page. This page is the reseller application. There are sections for:

  • Company Information
  • Business Type
  • Estimated Monthly Purchase Volume
  • Trade References
  • Electronic Signature

Any section with a red asterisk next to it is a section that needs to be answered in order to process your reseller application at

The first section is for “Company Information”. In this section you need to fill in the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

After you’ve filled in that first section of company information, move across the page and continue filling in your company information. In this column you need to fill in:

  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number (optional)
  • Email
  • Web Address (optional)
  • Duns Number (optional)
  • EIN or TAXID

Once you’ve finished answering all of the sections for “Company Information”, move down to “Select Type of Business”.

In this section you need to click on the box next to the option that fits what type of business you are applying to become a reseller for. The options are:

  • Paper Merchant
  • Office Supply Store
  • Commercial Printer
  • Paper/Print Broker

Now, move down to “Estimated Monthly Purchase Volume”. Use the dropdown arrow to choose one of the following options:

  • less than $1,000
  • $1,000 - $4,999
  • $5,000 - $9,999
  • $10,000+

Once you’ve selected your estimated monthly purchase volume continue on to “Trade References”.

Trade references are the suppliers or venders that your company purchases items from. There is one section for “Trade References” located in a column on the left and another section for “Trade References” located in a column on the right. For both sections for “Trade References” you are going to fill in answers for:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number

After you’ve finished filling in the information for your company’s trade references move down and read the paragraph that says, “Applicant acknowledges and promises that applicant is a reseller of the goods intended to be purchased from and is purchasing these goods for resale to end users only and is not an end user of these products and is also not an automotive dealership. Applicant also acknowledges that applicant is bound by the terms and conditions as set forth at I, below, agree that this is true and am authorized to provide my signature as proof.”

Once you’ve finished reading that information, type your name in the box next to “Electronic Signature”. This shows that you agree that the information you’ve provided is true and you authorize this application.

After you’ve typed your name in the box provided move down to the security code section. Simply type the numbers from the box on the left in the box provided on the right. Once that’s done, click the “Submit” button.
