Return Policy

At SheetLabels.com it is our top priority to be sure that all of our products are manufactured and shipped to you at the highest of quality. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will either replace your purchase with another product or offer you a refund on the unused portion of your order, less any re-stocking fees. All returns must be issued within 30 business days of receipt of order. All returns require an RMA# to be issued. If a product is defective, SheetLabels.com will replace the material at no cost to the customer, upon receipt and inspection of the defective materials.


In any rare case where the products received by the customer are defective or incorrect due to the sole responsibility of SheetLabels.com, we will gladly replace the product upon inspection of the item defectiveness. All of our materials are sold with the understanding that the customer has determined the stock is suitable for the application prior to the time of purchase. Custom printed items are non-refundable. Any blank label items must be issued within 30 business days of receipt of order and must have an RMA# issued. A refund, credit, or replacement will be offered on material that is suitable for resale. Cancellation of custom items which are not standard blank label items (custom sizes, custom materials, or custom design and/or printing) are subject to additional handling or processing fees that may amount to the full price of the original order.
